I have a Francis-Francis espresso machine that’s not working properly. The pressure doesn’t seems to be high enough and (probably related) when I’m making a cup of espresso, water leaks out around the “head.” Related questions:

(1) Do you know what’s wrong and how I might fix it?
(2) Where can I get it repaired? I live in South San Francisco Bay area near San Jose. I would like to be able to take it to a local shop, but I would also be interested in places where I can ship it to be repaired.
