I have a commercial espresso machine an Astoria single group or single head. It overheats and the pop-off valve releases. What can I do?

      For air it takes in your machine is it takes in will be cold are you sure the water intake valves for air bubbles what else has been happening how are your machine off so the knob am thinking of whack check the air bubbles what else in your shots turning out.
